The production growth rate of the textile industry has slowed down!

The capacity utilization rate of the textile industry has declined, and the growth rate of production has slowed down.

In the first half of the year, the capacity utilization rates of the textile and chemical fiber industries were 78% and 84%, respectively, down 1.7 and 2.1 percentage points from the same period of the previous year, but still higher than the national industrial capacity utilization level of 75.4% in the same period.

In the first half of the year, the industrial added value of enterprises above designated size in the textile industry increased by 0.9% year-on-year, and the growth rate slowed down by 8.7 and 4 percentage points compared with the same period of the previous year and the first quarter of this year. The industrial added value increased by 0.6% and 4.4% year-on-year respectively.
